K-12 Uniforms: Before your child leaves the house, please make sure students are wearing their school uniform. Sr. Prep and Jr. Prep parents, this means helping us with Monday uniforms.

#1 Sr. Prep in session Sept. 18 π
This is a friendly reminder that Sr. Prep will be in session for a required instructional day on Sept. 18. We are visiting the Eastern Oregon University Campus, students will return at 4 PM.
#2 Student Accounts π«
Please be sure to pay off your student account by Sept. 30. We can take payments over the phone or in-person during school hours.
#3 Fall Parent Teacher Conferences π
Please note Fall Conferences are earlier this year, and with a new format. To learn more, please read this letter.
#4 Student Handbooksπ
You can find Jr. Prep and Sr. Prep student handbooks here, translated copies will be available soon.

#5 Community Carnival, Sept. 17, 5-7 PM πͺ
We are still in need of at least 25 Silent Auction baskets. If you are able to help, please do. We have extended the deadline to Friday, Sept. 13. You can also support this fundraiser by volunteering, attending, and spreading the word. Please visit here for more details. #6 Storytime for Kinder
Our Kindergarteners will be taking a morning trip to the Four Rivers Cultural Center and Museum on Sept. 17. During this time, they will join other local kindergartners who will be read stellar stories by some of our most cherished community leaders.
#7 Fall Picture Day, Sept. 23
Please save the date for Fall Picture Day! Order forms will be sent home with students as the day approaches, until then, please read this letter for more info.
#8 Outdoor School for 6th graders π²
Outdoor school is planned for September 25- 27th at Cove Ascension in Cove, Oregon. This is a chance for sixth-graders to step outside, explore nature, and learn about the great outdoors.
An upcoming 6th grade parent meeting will be held during Parent Teacher Conferences.
#9 Safety Drills π¦Ί
At Four Rivers, we continue to prioritize safety. We will maintain regular safety drills, including fire and lockdown drills. Important note: In case of an emergency, please wait for the school to contact you. This will help keep communication lines open for emergency responders. Thank you.

- Sweaters get lost, so please make sure to write your student's name inside of their jacket to help them find it easier.
- Did your student outgrow a Four Riv uniform? Please bring your gently used and clean items to the front desk of the main office. We'll be sure to reuse them by providing them to other students when in need. Thank you!
