PREPAID GATE FOR 'C' METROS IS $170.00 PER TEAM

- TOURNAMENT T-SHIRTS CAN BE PRE-ORDERED INDIVIDUALLY OR IN GROUPS
- ORDERS OF 10 OR MORE ITEMS GET A 10% DISCOUNT
- SHIRTS ORDERS FOR THE HEAT WAVE MUST BE PLACED BY JUNE 21st

***REQUIREMENTS TO PLAY VIP SERIES EVENTS***
ALL COACHES are required to complete the following for 2020:
- Background check - Register USA Softball
- Safe Sport Certification (print or screen shot certificate) - Register USA Softball
- Concussion Training (print or screen shot certificate) - Heads Up Concussion Training
ALL TEAMS must have a complete submitted roster on the tournament website.
- To qualify as "complete submitted roster", your "player list/roster must have all current players listed and be SUBMITTED for this event.
- Receive 2 free softballs at tournament check-in with SUBMITTED roster.
INSURANCE and USA REGISTRATION REQUIRED TO PLAY
- All teams are required to have insurance coverage through an approved vendor.

- Insurance available at Register USA Softball
- This is a USA softball event and is open to any USA Softball registered team.
- Non-USA Softball teams will require a $35.00 team registration fee valid thru 08/31/2020.

RAINOUT POLICY:
If 75% of games are played, there will be no refunds. Any refunds will be issued based on the number of games a team played. If no games are played, a $25.00 administrative fee will be withheld from the refund.
TEAM DROP POLICY:
If a team drops before the registration deadline has passed, there will be a full refund. If a team drops on Sunday before the tournament, there will be a $50.00 admin fee assessed and balance will be refunded. If a team drops on or after the Monday before the tournament, there will be no refund as the schedule will already be in process.
