Cold Weather Policy
During the colder months, we strongly recommend that parents provide hats, gloves, waterproof boots for their children and require them to wear them during recess. Outside temperature and wind chill are taken into consideration to determine outside recess each day during the winter months. If the temperature and wind chill factor is above 20 degrees Fahrenheit, students will be going out outdoors for recess. Students will not need to wear snow pants to school. If there is a lot of snow on the blacktop, we will not be going outdoors for recess
Mini Honors Choir-Mrs. Swislocki
We had 19 first and second graders representing Eastview at Mini Honors Choir. They spent a Saturday singing with the Oberlin Choristers and put on a wonderful performance at the end of the day for family and friends.
The link below has some pictures from the event.

Message from Mrs. Swislocki
Does your child take private music lessons?
Mrs. Swislocki is looking for musicians who would like to help entertain between acts at our winter concert. If your child is interested, he or she should bring their music in to Mrs. Swislocki BEFORE Thursday, December 5th.
We are looking for short, well-prepared pieces. They need not be holiday pieces, but simply something your child loves to play.
