Kindness Week (April 29-May 3)
A springtime spirit week at Romeo where our goal is to spread kindness and positivity! There will be daily activities throughout the week during the school day, as well as a boys “PowderBuff” Volleyball Tournament in the evening on May 2. Check out this opportunity for students to explore exciting college options at Macomb Community College! A College and Transfer Fair will take place at MCC's South Campus on April 18. Families can connect with more than 60 colleges and universities, including the MCC University Center partners. Learn about starting at a community college and transferring to a four-year college or university. Romeo Restored Presents: The Prom Closet
This event is open to any RHS student who will be attending Prom. If you haven't found that special outfit for prom, look no further! Romeo Restored can help! We have a large selection of dresses, suits, shoes, and accessories! Signup for a private shopping slot - parents are encouraged to attend! You are welcome to sign up with a friend, we have 3 available dressing rooms. More dates/times can be added if needed. Romeo Restored is located off of the main commons at RHS, near the auditorium.

Cum Laude Recognition: Class of 2025 and Beyond
This information has been shared in the past, but we felt this was a good time for another reminder. This year, with the Class of 2024, is the last year of the traditional Romeo "Top 10" as next year we will be transitioning to the "cum laude" method of recognition. At first glance, someone may question a change in tradition, this will actually allow us to recognize MORE students. The new cum laude recognition method is very similar to what we've been doing for years, but we will now recognize ALL students with a 4.0+ GPA (usually 15-20 students per year) with the same pomp and circumstance that only the Top 10 of the past received. This will help ensure students that graduate #11-18ish receive accolades for all their hard work. For more information, please read the Parent Letter - Cum Laude Recognition

Additional Graduation Tickets Available
Starting Monday, April 22, seniors will be able to purchase up to 2 additional tickets at $5 each (cash only). These will be sold on a first come, first served basis while supplies last. Remember, tickets may only be purchased before or after school in the BEI office.

Class of 2024 Baccalaureate Service
This year's baccalaureate service for RHS grads will be on Tuesday, June 4th at 7pm at Barnabo Field (rain location in the RHS gym).
