Hello Bonillas Families and Community Members,
Thank you for an outstanding first two weeks. Students are well on their way towards an outstanding school year. Please make sure you review homework procedures with your student(s) and understand what the requirements are. As a traditional model school, this is one of the commitments we emphasize with all students and families.

Quick Glance Ahead
Wednesday, August. 21st
- No School (Professional Learning Day for Staff)
- Purple Pride Day: Every Friday, students can wear a purple Bonillas t-shirt with regular uniform bottoms.
- Fall Picture Day: Uniforms required.
Important Updates
Start Time
- Students must on campus and ready to line up by 8:25am.
Morning Drop Off
- Campus coverage and gates open at 8:00am. Students are not permitted unattended on property prior to 8:00am.
- Parents must park, exit the vehicle and walk their student into the front office.
Safety Updates
Parking Lot and Campus Safety
- Speeding in the parking lot, dropping students or adults off with out pulling into a parking lot or picking a student or adult up without parking is not permitted. In order to avoid a property restriction, please drive safely in the parking lot.
- Any disruptive, unsafe or disrespectful behavior towards other community members will result in an immediate restriction from the property.
Dress Code
- Bonillas utilizes a modified dress code approved by the TUSD governing that all students comply with. Students can wear any solid color polo top or black, navy or tan bottoms. More details regarding the uniform will come home the first day of school. Click here to see the digital document.
