Girls Swim & Dive
The girls swim and dive team is back at competing after what turned into a 3 week break. The team committed to practicing during the break in order to get ready for the last half of the season. We had our mid-season check-in meet over the MLK holiday weekend and the team did great. We had 100% time drops, divers did well, we added 2 new state team members, relays swam faster and Eiley Minich was the dive champion of the meet. The team placed 8th out of 14 teams.
We have our last 3 dual meets coming up over the next week which includes our senior night on 1/28 at home against Lutheran St Charles.
Conference will be our last big 2 day meet before state, we look forward to dropping times and upping diving scores in order to get ready for State. The state meet will be held 2/21 - 2/22 at the St Peters Rec Plex.
Looking forward to finishing the season strong and honoring our seniors that have been with us and helped lead this team. Huge thanks to Nicole Chocheva, Ava McLeod and Ava Sticht, you have been a lot of fun to watch and coach over the years!!

West High Choir
The 2025 MO All-State Honor Choir convened at Tan-Tar-A Resort in conjunction with the MO Music Educators Association Conference Jan. 29-Feb. 1. West Choirs had 2 participants, Emmett Vernon and Jack Mullen, representing the St. Louis Suburban district. Our students joined 190 of the best high school singers across the state to make up the honor choir. The clinician was Dr. Eugene Rogers from Michigan University and he provided a truly memorable experience for all involved. We are so proud of Jack and Emmett for representing West High in the most prestigious choral ensemble in the state this week!
