Hello Manta Ray Families,

We’re pulling out all the stops for our biggest fundraiser of the year! Our theme is “Rhythm Rewind”

We’ve secured an amazing venue complete with a full open bar, top-notch food, live entertainment, a costume contest, and dancing through the decades. Plus, there will be both an exclusive silent auction and a public silent auction going live soon. Every family’s involvement is vital in raising the critical funds that keep May Sands Montessori thriving. It couldn’t be any easier to sell as we have gone fully digital this year.

Now, let's talk about how your help can get you into the event! For every $400 a family raises, either through ticket, raffle, in-kind donations, and/or sponsorship sales, you will receive one Gala ticket (limit 2 per family).

There are 66 tickets left for the event and we have 2381 raffle tickets left. Raffle tickets are $10 each. For $100 you get 1 in 250 odds of winning so this should be an easy sell. Not only that, but we have bundled the raffle tickets to incentivize our buyers: 1/$10, 3/$25, and 12/$100!

We are giving the winner a choice of:

1. NYC Broadway Experience including a two night hotel stay, tickets to a show of their choice and dinner with two cast members from the show they pick!
2. A CMA Experience in Nashville including a three night hotel stay, tickets to the CMA’s and access to the Country Music Hall of Fame Museum!

Raffle tickets can be purchased by anyone. That means parents, friends, family, neighbors, and most important- visiting tourists. Best of all, the winner does not need to be present at the event, so we encourage you to sell tickets to everyone you see!

• It's time again for our sailing club! The Key West Community Sailing Center is hosting our school's next sailing club. This takes place on Friday's from 1:00- 3:00pm. School staff will transport the students to the sailing club, but families are responsible for pick up. This session will be from March 28th through May 2nd.

  
  

  
  

  This is a 6 week commitment and the cost is $150 per child. If you are interested in this but feel that you have a hardship, scholarships are available. Please reach out to admin@maysandsmontessori.com if you are in need.

We all love that May Sands Montessori is a public charter school, making this education model available to everyone. Montessori education at a private school would cost families thousands of dollars a year. But, truth be told, running the school still costs money. Your support means we can keep offering this fantastic Montessori experience for years to come. Whether it's for important resources, maintaining our spaces, or supporting our amazing staff, every bit counts. Contribute to our annual fund, and let's keep this good thing going!
