Hello GCA Staff,
As the long weekend comes to an end it is time to look forward to the new week ahead. Thank you all for your attention to detail and diligence in getting report cards completed in a timely manner.
Also, thank you all for allowing me to stop by for informal observations last week. You are all wonderful teachers and I enjoyed getting a glimpse into your classrooms. Everyone was well prepared and your boards looked great. I could tell you are all following the curriculum, and doing a fantastic job of handling multiple grades. I will continue popping in on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. You can expect me 2 - 3 times a month.
Please remember to send Tuesday folders tomorrow and be sure to include the field trip permission slips. Please be looking ahead to Valentines Day. Now is the time to decide if you will be doing anything special in your rooms for Valentines. Will you have a party/snack, Valentine themed math or Language lessons (TPT is a great resource for these), or a special devotion on love? Valentines Day is always a good opportunity to make learning fun and to teach about the love of Christ and how to love one another.
