WELLNESS WEDNESDAYS
----------STUDENT EDITION 04/29/2019----------
Hello Students
We hope that you are able to adjust to this new way of life to stay safe and healthy. This week is our 3rd week of distance learning. Many of you have already started enrichment activities and feel comfortable completing classes online; however, for some of us, this is still an inconvenient and stressful process. Please take solace in knowing that it takes time to adjust to this new way of academic life, and any feelings of stress are normal during this time.
Although we are temporarily restricted from experiencing the world around us in the way we are used to, there are still ways to stretch your muscles and exercise your brain in the comfort of your own home!
Below is a list of resources available to you to participate in. We urge you to explore the opportunities at your fingertips...
Did you know that you can now visit some museums virtually?
