Hello EDP Summer Camp Pfamilies,

July has kicked off with a BANG and we are so excited to continue on with our Summer Camp journey. This Summer we have all kinds of amazing, fun, and cool things for your Campers to experience and enjoy!

In this newsletter you will find important information in regards to our program such as; the Summer Camp Payment Calendar, Holidays, how to contact your Camp Site Directors, and much more! So please be sure to check it out and as always we greatly appreciate you choosing the Extended Day Program for your childcare needs!

Each week of camp will have a specific theme along with indoor/outdoor activities corresponding with that theme. Campers will also get to venture off site for Field Trips &/or Swim Days!

• Week 5:

• Pool Day = No pool Day
• Week 6:
• Field Trip = Wednesday (Reunion Ranch)
• Pool Day = Thursday
• Week 7-9:
• Field Trips = Tuesday's
• Pool Days = Thursday's

Ruth Barron:

• Week 5:
• Field Trip = Tuesday (On Site)

Each week you will also receive a newsletter from your Summer Camp Site Directors with information regarding your Specific Summer Camp Location.

Summer Camp weekly tuition is always due one week in advance. Please click on the Summer Camp Payment Calendar icon to see when each week's payment is due.

That's right the Extended Day Program does offer financial aid for the After School Program. However, in order to possibly qualify you must first show proof of CCS denial and/or that you are on the wait list to receive CCS services. Parent's are now welcome in all PFISD buildings and will be required to sign their student(s) in/out for all EDP services utilizing their Eleyo access code. Please be sure to bring a valid I.D when you arrive to pickup your students as anyone not indicated on the students pickup list will not be allowed to pick up.

Please reach out to your campus Site Directors for campus specific information.

The EDP Parent Handbook has been updated and is now available via the EDP Website or by clicking the button below. Please be sure to review the handbook for new updates/changes within our policies.

We are currently working on updating our Handbook for the 2024 - 25 School Year.

Parents, please remember that we do require a 2 week written notice to withdraw your student(s) from the program. Please submit your withdrawal request via the EDP website by clicking the image below.

The EDP Office is open in Summer from Monday - Thursday 7:00 am - 5:30pm and is closed on Fridays. You may contact us by clicking here.
