AISD Bond Election Will Maintain Current Tax Rate
The Argyle ISD Board of Trustees unanimously approved calling a bond election for May 3, 2025, during a Special Meeting on Wednesday, Feb. 12, 2025.
Trustees approved the $423,170,000 proposal developed by the community-led Argyle ISD Bond & Growth Planning Committee (BGPC). This bond package consists of two propositions and maintains the current tax rate.
The 30-member BGPC, reconvening from the 2024 bond, included parents, staff, community members, and business leaders representing all areas of AISD. The committee held two meetings and closely reevaluated demographic reports, financial updates, and facility needs to determine the priorities of the proposal.
The bond proposal addresses three key areas: new construction projects, capital improvements to existing facilities, and infrastructure upgrades.
The 2025 bond package is a reduction of more than $88 million from the 2024 bond election, which included two of three propositions that did not pass.

Deadline to register to VOTE is April 3. CLICK HERE for more information.
