Remind is the official communication app for NCISD. Parents can download the application or access the website to view messages in Remind. The Skyward Guardian 1 will automatically be connected with the student, once an account is created with the same email used in Skyward. You can receive notifications from your student's classroom teachers, KCMS, and NCISD in three ways:

• on the app
• via email
• via text message

What is Minga?

• Minga serves as our hall pass program, but even more our incentive and reward system.

• Students can earn points by showing our campus PRIDE Expectations. Kodiak PRIDE is who we are as a campus. For example, the P in PRIDE is for prepared. This could be students wearing their ID or bringing their materials for class.
  
• When your student receives recognition for a PRIDE expectation you will get an alert through email or text. Any staff member can award your student points through Minga.

My student has points, now what?

• We will have our Kodiak Impact Store where students can redeem their points for rewards and prizes.
