The Arrest of Three Blind Mice
The Three Blind Mice were arrested on July 9th, 2005. It was said by the police that the Three Blind Mice committed a felony. They were indicted a week later. Because of the felony that they committed bail was set at $5,000,000.
Arraignment on August 10, 2005
What Went on in the Arraignment
During the Three Blind Mice's arraignment they claimed to be not guilty. They could not get the plea bargain because they did not plead that they were guilty. They requested to be trial by a jury and the grand jury agreed to this.
They Case Goes to Trial
Now that the Three Blind Mice are defendant and they were up against the prosecution. All of the Three Blind Mice agreed not to do perjury so they would not break any laws. The Three Blind Mice were appointed a public defender because they could not afford one. As the judge and the petit jury get ready to hear and see evidence in the case. The prosecution subpoena three witness of the crime that retold what occurred the night of the crime. After hearing the evidence the petit jury foreman gave the verdict based of the instructions of the judge that the Three Blind Mice were convicted on all accounts.
Appeal
The Three Blind Mice told a report outside the court house that they plan to make an appeal against the verdict of the petit jury.
