Collaborative School Committee (CSC)
Thank you to those who have taken time to complete the CSC interest form! We're still seeking parents to join us and provide their voices. More information will be sent to those who have already expressed interest. Again, if interested in serving on the CSC please complete the form below:
Montebello Middle School Class Sizes
The DCTA Contract dated Sept. 1, 2022 – Aug. 31, 2025 states that the principal shall report to the CSC, after the roster verification process, the number of students in each class and this will be published in the CSC minutes/on the school’s website. For the purposes of this section, a “class” shall be defined as any general education, including electives and model one classes.

MLE DAC Parent Meeting, December 11, 2024 at the DoubleTree Hotel Quebec
Please join DPS for the Multilingual Education Districtwide Advisory Committee (MLE DAC) meeting on Wednesday, December 11, 2024, from 9:00 - 11:00 am.
The meeting will be at the DoubleTree Hotel, located at 3203 Quebec St., Denver, 80207.
This month we will have information on Parent’s Legal Rights and the School Choice process. Parents will hear from district experts on these topics.

Toys-for-Tots Toy Giveaway ( Seeking Donations)
Athletics & Beyond is excited to invite our Montbello community to our Toys-for-Tots Toy Giveaway at the A&B Family Wellness Center on Sunday, December 22, 2024!
This is a day of joy and celebration, where we’ll be giving away FREE toys and food to the children and families of Montbello. Let's make this holiday season special for our amazing community!

Traffic Issues (Another Gentle Reminder)
Parents, as a reminder. When dropping students off in the morning by the main entrance, please be sure to pull to the right and not drop students off in the middle of the path of traffic. Additionally, when picking up your student and leaving the school, the turn onto Kittredge St is a Right Turn Only. Please do not attempt to make a left turn so that there is a steady flow of traffic. Also, please DO NOT PARK in the Bus Loading Zone. Busses may not always show on time, but we need to keep the area clear for when they do arrive. Thank you for your support!
