Join us for Marble Maze! It is a program that helps children explore force & motion as well as engineering design. In addition, building marble runs reinforce creativity, problem solving, and cooperation. Stunt cubs, rails, tubes, and light are just a few items we will be using as we build the mazes. This program is run in smaller groups so everyone can help design! Please register for only one session.
Snowman Wall Hanging - Drop-in, no registration required.

The Fearless Art Club invites adults of all ages and artistic abilities to experiment with materials and techniques to create art. In January, we will continue to explore botanical watercolor painting. We create a supportive atmosphere for people to come together, explore art, find their own artistic style, and be inspired and influenced by others.

Winter Grapevine Wreath Workshop

Using a grapevine wreath, a few winter greens, and ribbon, we will create a lovely wreath for your door to welcome guests. You will need to bring a few bunches of green from your yard, clippers, and gloves.
George E. Matteson: A Man and His Maps

Join Steven and Linda Kornatz from the Scituate Preservation Society for an evening discussion about George Matteson and his hand drawn maps of the cities and towns of Rhode Island. Born in Scituate in 1902, Matteson was a forest ranger for decades, but he is best remembered as an extraordinary mapmaker who embedded the folklore of rural Rhode Island into his precise and exquisitely detailed maps.
Watercolor Workshop
Tuesday, January 21, 6 p.m. and Wednesday, January 22, 10:30 a.m.

Local artist Katie Steere will run this workshop. Participants will receive a pre-drawn template of a cardinal to get them started. Katie will then demonstrate the steps needed to apply the watercolor paints to their bird. All materials will be provided. Note: Participants should register for only one class. Registration will open on Tuesday, January 7, 6 p.m.
