Raptor News
February 23, 2024
Happy Friday Raptor Families,
What a full week. Our school fundraiser started on February 20th, and it continues through the 29th. Our school-wide Thunder Valley Glow Run is Thursday, February 29th, during the school day. Make sure to read the communication that has been sent out.
This coming week we host a Wrestling Meet on Monday, February 26th after school versus Trail Ridge Middle School. There is an Orchestra Concert on Tuesday, February 27th, in the auditorium at 6:00 pm. Our PTA meets this week on Wednesday, February 28th, in the Library from 4:00 - 5:00 pm. These are all great opportunities to come out and participate in our Thunder Valley community.
This week we experienced some warm and beautiful winter weather, but our Colorado seasons can rapidly change. Please remind your students to dress in layers and remember to keep student dress inline with the SVVSD code of conduct.
We appreciate your support and involvement in our school community. Please let us know if you need any assistance.
Best Wishes,
Catrina Estrada, Principal
Sandra Vazquez, Assistant Principal
Matt Romig, Assistant Principal
Grant Elwood, Dean of Students
