Get ready to Level Up Your Summer with our exciting summer learning program! Today, your child came home with a bag full of resources to keep their minds sharp and engaged throughout the break.
What's in the bag?
- Level Up Your Summer Tracker: This colorful tracker will help you and your child keep track of all the awesome learning activities they complete. If students participate in 3 out of the 5 activities each week, they can record this on the tracker and turn it in to us in the Fall for a small prize as well as being entered into a larger raffle which includes a menu of prizes.
- Summer Learning Workbook: This workbook is designed to keep your child's math and reading skills sharp. It's organized so they can complete just two pages a day, making learning manageable and fun.
- Reading Challenge: Mrs. Majewski is hosting a Genre Reading Challenge! Encourage your child to explore different genres each week (more information on the blue sheet inside the bag).
- Zearn Math App: Looking for another way to boost math skills? Check out the Zearn app on your child's chromebook! You'll find more details about using Zearn on the purple sheet.
- Fox Tales Book: This summer, we're introducing a new program called Fox Tales! Each student received a book chosen for its focus on empathy. The pink one-pager provides tips on how to enjoy the book together and use it to build this important social skill.
