Principal Welcome!

LAST WEEK OF THE SEMESTER!

Dear Global Impact Academy Families,

As we close out this fall semester, I want to take a moment to reflect on the incredible journey we’ve shared over these past months. Together, we have achieved so much—growing as students, leaders, and members of a truly unique community. From academic milestones to meaningful connections, each of us has contributed to the vibrant spirit that defines Global Impact Academy.

To our teachers and staff, thank you for your unwavering dedication and guidance. To our students, thank you for inspiring me every day with your creativity, resilience, and commitment to making an impact. It is because of all of you that this semester has been one of growth, discovery, and success.

As we prepare to celebrate the holidays and welcome a new year, I encourage you all to take this time to rest, recharge, and cherish the moments with loved ones. Let us also look ahead with excitement to all the opportunities that await us in the spring semester.

Wishing you a joyful holiday season filled with warmth, love, and happiness. May the new year bring us even greater accomplishments and cherished memories.

First Semester Exam Schedule

Please see above for this week's schedule. All Car Rider families, please ensure your student is picked up in a timely manner. Thursday, December 19th, GIA will close early for our Staff Holiday Luncheon, so we would like for all students to be picked up by 1:00pm.

Additionally, all Work Based Learning, Dual Enrollment, or Senior Reduction students should NOT report to school during the period where they have any of these classes scheduled. Students should remain off-campus during this time.

Prom 2025

It’s that time of year and the 2024-2025 Prom committee is working hard to ensure that our Prom is a success. Our theme this year is “Global's Royal Ball!” This year’s event will be held @ The Starling Hotel at 188 14th St. NE, Atlanta Georgia 30361. Mark your calendar for the date of Saturday, April 25, 2025, from 7:00PM -11:00PM. Prom time is one of the most anticipated and exciting events of the school year for juniors and seniors. Please email Ms. Wilson, should you have questions!

RoBee Shoutouts!

Our seniors were able to celebrate the Holidays in style last week. A huge shout out to Ms. Wilson and all staff who assisted with the Senior PJs and Cocoa event! Our seniors were able to get into the holiday spirit while hanging with each other!
