STUDENT COUNCIL SERVICE PROJECT
The Student Council would like to thank everyone at FVE for supporting us this year. Our final community service project is to give back to our greater animal community. We will be donating items to the Colorado Puppy Rescue and Edwards Foundation, both are located right here in Parker.
We are in need of unopened food and treats, leashes, blankets, towels, beds, grooming supplies, and toys.
Please bring in your items and place them in the boxes by the front office. Our goal is to collect at least 150 items to donate to our rescues and all items will be donated on May 16th.
Thank you for supporting the Student Council and have a great day.
Field Day
Get Ready for an Action-Packed Field Day!
Field Day is zooming our way on Friday, May 9th, and this year’s theme is… SUPERHEROES!
K-2nd graders will kick off the fun at 8:45 AM, while 3rd-4th graders will swoop in for their games at 1:15 PM!
Mrs. Thrasher is assembling her super squad of 5th-grade heroes and parent volunteers to help run each action-packed station!
Students—get ready to show off your superhero moves as we race, jump, and play our way through an unforgettable day!
Calling All Volunteers! See the Sign-Up Form below—we need heroes to set up, clean up, and assist at stations! Even responsible high schoolers in need of volunteer hours are welcome to join in the fun!
Let’s make this Field Day SUPER!
Love,
Mrs. Thrasher
INTENT TO RETURN K-4TH GRADE STUDENTS
Dear Kindergarten - 4th Grade Parents,
We have begun the process of staffing for next year and making plans for our classrooms. In order to do this, we need to know if your child/children will not be attending Frontier Valley next year. Please email Jeanne Johnson at jjohnson11@dcsdk12.org if your family will be moving or going to another school. We will really miss your child/children if they aren't here and are no longer an FVE buffalo!
5th Grade Families: This process does not apply to you - congratulations to your students as they move on to their next chapter!
