Friday, September 27th, 2024
Good Afternoon
Please review the important information below.
Gonzaga Student Council’s Clothing Order Fundraiser
The Student Council is engaging in their annual fundraiser again this year with their clothing order. The official Gonzaga Merchandise Store is now open at the following link: https://gonzagavikings.itemorder.com/shop/home/. Students and families will be able to go online to choose and pay for their clothes/items from today until Friday, October 18th at 11:59 pm. THERE WILL BE NO ORDERS PROCESSED AFTER THIS DEADLINE. If students/families miss this deadline, they will have to wait until our next online order which will happen in the winter sometime. All graduation hoodies/items will be posted on another order in the winter/spring. All clothing items purchased during this order will be delivered to students here at Gonzaga prior to the Christmas Break. This is a great opportunity to pick up some Gonzaga swag for the whole family and to help support the Gonzaga Student Council initiatives this year. They will make great gifts for the holidays!
Student Supervision Policy and School Athletics
Please see the following message from Terry Hall regarding the Student Supervision Policy as it relates to school athletics.

Technology Agreement and Social Media Consent Forms
Gonzaga will be using the NLSchools RYCOR system for schools to be able to make forms available to be completed online by parents.
For more information on this system please go here.
We are asking all parents to complete the two following forms online through the Rycor system for each child:
Acceptable Use of Technology Form 24/25
Social Media Consent Form 24/25
Parents must use their own Parent PowerSchool account and not their child’s PowerSchool account in order to complete the online forms.
Advanced Placement (AP) Contracts/Fees
Any Grade 12 students completing Advanced Placement (AP) courses or challenging any AP exams will need to complete the AP Contract and pay the appropriate fees found in the Parent PowerSchool portal. All contracts and fees will need to be signed and collected through the Rycor system. Only those students registered in certain AP courses will be able to access the AP Contract in their parent/guardian’s PowerSchool portal. All AP Contracts must be signed and fees submitted no later than Friday, October 11th, 2024. All AP exams will be written between Monday, May 5th and Friday, May 16th, 2025.
Any Grade 12 French Immersion student who would like to challenge the AP French exam is asked to see Mme Nash and add their name to the list.
All AP students should have already created an AP account (using a different email address than their nlesd one) and have already joined their AP classes using the join code provided by their AP teachers.
