ATTENTION ALL BUSINESS OWNERS!
CMIT North Academy will be hosting a Culture Festival. We are looking for vendors to participate in the event. Students are also welcome to participate as a vendor if they have a small business! This will help to get more exposure. You do NOT need a licence in order to be a vendor.
Culture Fest will take place April 6 from 10AM-1PM right here at CMIT North Academy. If you are the owner of a small or large business and would like to either advertise or sell merchandise, please consider signing up for this event. It is open to the community!
Please follow the directions on the flyer in order to reserve your table. Should you have any questions please feel free to use the email from the flyer to contact Ms. Upshaw.
Dear CMIT North Students and Family,
I am very excited to announce CMIT North’s collaboration with the Conversation Peace Clothing Brand created by our very own student, Bryce Albury. The brand was established in 2020 to display that peace is not achieved through violence, but is achieved through conversation. From March 11th to the 25th there will be a pop-up shop for CMIT APPROVED uniform wear. It will include a crewneck being sold at $38, and 10% of all orders go to athletic funding. You can purchase the crewneck from the link on the flyers, or TV’s around the school building. The link will also be emailed to students and families on March 11th. Should you have any further questions about the crewneck, you can contact brycealbury@gmail.com.

Students will be transitioning this week from ocean acidification to coral bleaching. Students will learn about Degree Heating Weeks and how coral can recover. We begin with what a coral is and how they get their colors, and what is happening with they 'bleach'. We will have videos, notes, and interactives.
