**Please note the LAST DAY OF SCHOOL is a FULL DAY. However, if you choose to check your child out early, you will need to make sure to do so with your child's teacher or at the checkout table that will be near on the blacktop between the two playgrounds.

PVE Families,

We are excited to invite you to join us for a family picnic on the last day of school. Please be aware that we will ask that you have a mask with you should you need to enter the building for any reason. Bathrooms are limited to students only, with parents or siblings needing to check into the front office to use the family restroom. We do ask that this remain immediate family only to still allow for some distancing.

Since it is a full day of school, we will be cleaning up and bringing students back into the building at about 1:15. Many families have stated that they will be taking their child home early. We have prepared for that to allow you to check out your child with your child's teacher or at the attendance table we will have set up between the two playgrounds on the east side of the building. You must check your child out if leaving--the staff appreciates the help, as we do not leave until all students are accounted for daily.

You should receive an email from your child's teacher to preorder a lunch from the cafeteria if you plan to have your child eat school lunch. Otherwise, you are welcome to bring in a special lunch for the picnic on the main field. Shade is minimal, so please plan accordingly.

Again, we are thrilled to gather with our families on Thursday!

The PTA is excited to be able to host a Family Movie Night on Friday, June 4th. Food trucks will also be on hand. Plan to bring your blankets, low backed chairs, and comfy clothing.

*Please note that you may not bring your own alcohol to this event, as there is to be no alcohol on campus.

Please be sure to go into your child's PowerSchool account to update the information. Even if nothing has changed, you need to go into the system to make sure all information is accurate.

If you do not complete this process prior to July 6, you will not be able to see your child's assigned teacher on August 6.

Congratulations to this group of students who had their Pronghorn Pride Ticket drawn today. These students were caught either modeling a school-wide expectation or showing ownership for their learning. Way to be #PronghornStrong!

All laptops, iPads, chargers, and cases will be turned in the last week of school. June 7,8 & 9. *5th graders, you will need to keep your cases for next year.

If chargers are not returned there will be a replacement fee of $17.00 for laptops and $10.00 a piece for the iPad charger or the cable.

Devices will be assessed and any damages will be reported when students turn in devices and work through the checklist with the staff members.

All books were to be returned May 17-21. If your child still has an item checked out, a notices will be sent home sometime next week--Sorry, Mrs. Davison needed an extra week due to the Book Fair. If books are lost, a replacement fee will be due.

Please double check those bookshelves, bedrooms, and backpacks over the next few days!

PLEASE continue to make sure your child has a water bottle for these last few days of school. It is hot and students are dehydrated quickly. We want to make sure our students are health and safe.
