It’s hard to believe this is our final newsletter of the year—how quickly the time has flown! It’s been such a joyful journey, and we’re looking forward to a fun-filled last few days together.

A heartfelt thank you to Mr. Murphy for organizing Field Day—it’s a huge job, and we’re so grateful for your time and energy. And to all of our amazing volunteers: thank you! We simply couldn’t do it without you.

A quick reminder: All cafeteria balances must be paid and library books returned for students to bring home their report cards on June 10th.

The Main Office will stay open until June 17th and will reopen on August 11th.

Teacher assignments will be emailed at the end of August. We wait until then because staffing and class lists can shift over the summer. Once assignments are sent, please note that changes will not be made.

To our incredible ESS staff—you are simply the best. I am so lucky to work alongside such a dedicated and caring team.

To our wonderful parents and families—thank you for your constant support, encouragement, and partnership throughout the year. It truly takes a village, and we are grateful to have you in ours.

To our amazing students—you have inspired us with your hard work, curiosity, and growth every single day. We are so proud of each and every one of you!

And to our 4th graders who are heading off to new adventures—never forget, you’ll always be part of the Rising Star family. We’ll miss you!

Wishing you all a safe, restful, and joy-filled summer. We can’t wait to see everyone again on Tuesday, August 26th!

However, please be aware that there is no staff supervision during these times. For safety reasons, children must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times if they are using the playground before or after school.
