Best Public Schools in the State of Michigan According to Niche
I am thrilled to share that Troy Union Elementary has been ranked 122nd out of 1,897 public elementary schools in Michigan by Niche.com, placing us in the top 10% statewide! Additionally, the Troy School District has been ranked third in the entire state, which is another incredible achievement for our community. While numbers and rankings will never fully define who we are, these accomplishments reflect the dedication of our staff, the hard work of our students, and the unwavering support from our families.
That said, I believe our true success comes from the relationships we build and the growth we foster in our students every day. As a learning community, we are committed to continuing this journey together, always striving for improvement and collaboration. Our strong partnership with families, staff, and students is the foundation that helps us achieve these milestones, and together, we will keep working toward an even brighter future.

Drop Off / Pick Up Procedures
When dropping off your child please only park in designated spaces.
Each school day over 400 students arrive and depart from Troy Union. Our arrival and dismissal procedures have been implemented and refined to ensure the safety of our students, staff and community. Please read the following very carefully as some procedures have been modified. We ask for your patience as we strive to create a safe and efficient environment for our students during arrival and dismissal.
To ensure the safety of all, students and families should not congregate outside the school and it is important that you do NOT drop your child off at school until 8:33 at the earliest. If you arrive early then families should stay in their car. Students should not lineup outside their entrance.
