9th-11th Grade Exam Exemption Forms Due & Senior Final Exams Begin Tomorrow
Students and Families - Please review the letters linked below for information on your final exam schedule and the exam exemption procedure. 9th-11th grade forms are due May 10th. Senior forms were due May 3rd but the exam schedule can be found at the link below.

Please note that there will be no book bags allowed on campus with the start of 9th-11th grade final exam week. May 17th will be the last day for students to carry bookbags.
Laptop Collection Starts Tomorrow
Please take note of the laptop collection dates and plan accordingly:
Friday, May 10th - all 9th graders
Tuesday, May 14th - all 12th graders (excluding CS Principles, Music Theory and AP Spanish students)
Wednesday, May 15th - all 10th graders (excluding AP Spanish students)
Thursday, May 16th - all 11th graders and AP Spanish students
Note that the Magnet Intel office will temporarily move to the Chemistry Research Laboratory at the end of the main hall during AP testing.
All files should be backed up to your OneDrive and confirmed to be available in the cloud before you turn in your computer. Students are expected to remove any stickers from their devices in advance of their collection date. They should also review the fee list below for any missing or damaged items.

Should there be a need, June 15th is the deadline for students to submit for a score cancellation. More information on College Board Exam Cancellation policies are available at Cancel Scores – AP Students | College Board.

Additionally, report time for 8 am exams is 7:45 am and 12 pm exams is 11:45 am. All exams will be at Magnet. Testing schedules will be printed and posted so that students know where to report once they arrive. Note that there is a $40 fee that will be charged to a student's account for unused or cancelled exams.
Most 12pm exams will conclude after buses have left for the day. Families are responsible for transportation for students following afternoon AP exams.

Rockdale Virtual Campus (RVC) Part-Time Registration Closes May 24th
Reminder: Registration is open for RVC Part-Time Summer Courses. Registration will close May 24, 2024. To register for summer courses, please visit the RVC website at rvc.rockdaleschools.org.

Free Tutoring! Access Tutor.com via ClassLink for On-Demand Help at Home!
Reminder: Rockdale County Public Schools (RCPS) and Tutor.com, one of the world’s largest online tutoring services, have partnered to provide live, online tutoring services for RCPS students. Through this partnership, quarantined RCPS students in grades 6-12 can access live tutors on-demand, 24 hours a day, seven days a week, from Tutor.com for 1-to-1 learning support. RCPS students in grades K-12 can access the same expert tutors afterschool.
The service provides homework help across more than 120 subjects, along with drop-off essay review and test prep.
Students can access Tutor.com through the ClassLink landing page in any internet browser on their school-issued laptop or device, which will automatically sign in the student to their account. Or they can visit https://launchpad.classlink.com/rockdale.
Extended Tutorial available weekly Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday
The last day for extended tutorial this school year will be Tuesday, May 21st.

Annual Updates Open Now for the 24-25 School Year
It’s time to complete your Annual Student Update in the Infinite Campus Parent Portal.
We encourage you to complete your Annual Update as soon as possible to avoid delays.
An Annual Update is required for each student to receive an RCPS laptop or iPad and to access online instructional programs for the 24-25 school year.
- Log in to the Parent Portal (www.rockdaleschools.org/infinitecampus)
- Click on the 3 lines in the top left corner.
- Click MORE at the bottom of the list.
- Click ANNUAL UPDATES AND REGISTRATION.
- Choose 24-24 SCHOOL YEAR ANNUAL UPDATE.
- Click START and then BEGIN REGISTRATION.
- Review the information for ALL STUDENTS in your household.
- NOTE: Names cannot be changed in an Annual Update. Please contact Student Registration if the name of a student or parent/guardian in your application has changed or is incorrect.
- When you are finished, click SUBMIT.
- Please wait for the message “Thank you for completing Online Registration for Rockdale County Public Schools” to confirm your update has been received. It can take 15-20 seconds for this message to appear.
- During the school year, please use this same process to update your address, phone numbers, emergency contacts, and student health information.
