Principal's Message
Thomas families,
This Monday, our students honored veterans and thanked them for their service. We invited in service members that are connected to our school, and that group included the bus driver for bus 59, Mr. Doug! Each grade level sang a patriotic song, prepared and led by our music teacher, Mrs. Arcaro.
It was a lovely program, and our students made us proud. Thank you, veterans!
Go Tigers,
Melissa Garris

CANNED FOOD DRIVE
The Dublin Support Association has organized a canned food drive to benefit the Dublin Food Pantry. We’ll be collecting non-perishable items at Thomas next week (November 18 - 22).
Volunteer bus drivers will deliver the items to the Food Pantry before Thanksgiving to restock their shelves during this busy season. This flier outlines the greatest need for families.
STAFF SHENANIGANS
Did your child come home this week saying that the teachers were up to something? We were! We had fun with some undercover coordination, but we won’t give any more of our secrets away. Check the Thomas Social Media accounts for more photos!

REPORTING ABSENCES
Our families do a wonderful job of notifying the school when students are absent- thank you! If your child will be absent (pre-planned or due to illness), please email the attendance line at gtes_attendance@dublinschools.net and consider adding your classroom teacher to the email too. Teachers do not “code” attendance each day, so it’s important that the attendance email address is included in the email.
