Welcome Back to School!
Go TEAM Tiffany Ridge!
TEAM Timberwolves will knock it out of the park at Tiffany Ridge this year!
We are excited to get the 2019-2020 school year started at Tiffany Ridge and can’t wait to get everyone back together on Wednesday, August 7th! See the “orientation” plan and agendas below for the days before our TR Timberwolf students return on August 14th. Let me know if you have any questions or concerns!
ALL Staff members who have a varied calendar schedule (different from the August 7th start) are invited to attend the Wednesday (8/7) morning meeting so that you can participate in the Tiffany Ridge learning and information sessions. We hope that all can join as we start our year together!

Any questions? Please ask! See everyone soon!

Substitutes
Robin has returned all substitute folders to your mailboxes. If we did not have a folder for you, she has given you a new empty folder. Please prepare your folder as described in the Staff Handbook (see below).
SUBSTITUTES: All teachers who have substitutes when absent need to prepare information for the substitute teachers. Remember that subs do not arrive in the building until 8:10, so ALL materials must be ready to go. Substitutes are also to leave at 3:50, so please understand when they may not accomplish tasks at the end of the school day. Select a folder or notebook clearly labeled “Substitute Information.” In addition to specific details regarding your classroom, please include the following information in the folder:
Current Class Roster
Copy of School Map
Classroom Rules/Expectations
School/class schedule
Lesson Plans
Transportation plans
Additional activities for unexpected extra time
Up-to-date class seating chart
List of contact people “Who can help me?”
List of students with special needs and what they are
Health issues of students in the class (asthma, allergies, and medications)
Crisis Plans for emergency situations
Names of TA’s who come to the classroom and what time they come
Names of students who leave for special services and what time they leave
It is the teachers responsibility to ensure all information in substitute folders is up-to-date
