Monday Memo
Bosqueville Middle School
Week of January 20
Hello Families!
Welcome back! After a refreshing three-day weekend, we hope you had a chance to relax and recharge. As we return to school following the recent bitter cold spell, we want to remind you of the warmth that exists within our community.
Here are a few encouraging thoughts as we embark on this week together:
Embrace the Challenges: Cold weather can be tough, but it also reminds us of the importance of resilience. Let’s face the week with determination and a positive attitude.
Stay Connected: Parents, your support is invaluable. Keep the lines of communication open with your children about their experiences at school. Students, remember that your teachers and friends are here to support you!
Focus on Learning: Every day is an opportunity to learn and grow. Let’s approach this week with curiosity and enthusiasm, ready to tackle new challenges in the classroom.
Take Care of Each Other: In times of cold weather, let’s remember to check in on our neighbors and friends. A simple act of kindness can go a long way in lifting spirits.
Thank you for being an integral part of our school community. Together, let’s make this week a warm and wonderful experience for everyone!
Important Dates to Remember:
- February 17: Student Holiday
- March 10: Spring Break begins
Drop off and Pick up
Thank you for your patience as we implement our new drop-off and pick-up procedures. We are pleased to report that the process has been running smoothly. If your student has band during the 8th period, we kindly request that you either park in an available space or pull around to the back of the line to help keep the flow of traffic moving.
Campus Reminders:
Lunch - The lunch period for middle school begins at 11:29am. If you are delivering lunch for your student, it should be delivered to the middle school office prior to these times to ensure they have ample time to eat. Food delivery services such as Door Dash and Favor are NOT permitted. Please do not make lunch deliveries to the high school office. Also, please refrain from having your student meet you in the parking lot or outside the cafeteria. This creates additional safety concerns for our school family.
Drop Off and Pick Up Traffic Flow (January-May)
Be on the lookout for updated information about the flow of traffic that will begin in January.
