Costume Parade
Dear Keystone Families,
On October 31st, Keystone will be having it's costume parade and we are inviting our Keystone families to attend! To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone, we wanted to share some important guidelines.
We understand that parking is essential, and we want to make your visit as convenient as possible. We have arranged for parking in the bus loop area in the back of Keystone Elementary School. We ask that you park in a single file line. However, if you choose to park there, please make sure you move your car by 3pm, as well need it for our bus dismissal. You are welcome to park in other locations around the neighborhood, along Summit Avenue.
We will hold our parade in the Lower Bucks Outlaws Baseball Field. For those of you familiar with our school, we will be using the same area that we used for field day.
We encourage you to be spectators at the parade in the designated spectator-only areas. (Please see map below). Your presence and support are greatly appreciated and will contribute to the overall success of our Fall Fest celebration costume parade. In addition, we ask that adult spectators DO NOT DRESS IN COSTUME. No pets allowed and smoking is not permitted on the school grounds. These are all for safety reasons and it imperative that all spectators abide by these rules.
We also ask and highly encourage you to not sign your child (ren) out early, after the parade ends. With a building of our size, a little over 1,000 students, we do not have the means to support a large amount of simultaneous sign outs. We would greatly appreciate your support in regards to this.
Please be aware that there will be a drone flying over the parade to capture all the wonderful moments of the parade, as well as photos and videos of the parade will be taken.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in helping us ensure a safe and enjoyable Fall Fest costume parade event for everyone. With your support, we are hopeful that we can make this a yearly event at Keystone. We look forward to seeing you there and making lasting memories together!
Sincerely,
Mr. Wilicki and Mrs. Smith-Herman

Costume Guidelines
We're excited to celebrate Fall Fest with our young ones in a safe and enjoyable manner. To ensure a fun and secure experience for everyone, we kindly ask for your cooperation with the following guidelines:
1. No Weapons: For the safety of all children, we kindly request that costumes do not include any weapons of any kind.
2. Hands-Free Fun: To make sure our kids can fully participate in the parade, it's best to keep their hands free. Bulky or heavy accessories can be challenging for them.
3. School-Worn Costumes: Make sure the costume is manageable for your child(ren) and that they can put it on and take it off independently. Students are welcome to wear their costume to school, but please defer to your child's teacher if they prefer for their students to bring their costume to school instead.
4. The school is not responsible for lost costume items.
Your cooperation is greatly appreciated, and we look forward to a fun filled Fall Fest celebration parade!
Outside Food Snack Policy
Per the district's Wellness Policy, " No outside foods may be brought in by students for classroom parties. Shared snacks are not permitted in District schools." If you would like to send something in for a classroom party, you may send in non food items such as stickers, pencils, play dough, etc.

What to do if you do not want your child to participate?
Please let your classroom teacher know by emailing them directly if you do not want them to participate in this event. We will have other things planned so they can participate without dressing up or alternative activities! We want everyone to enjoy the day!
