The month of September is Attendance Awareness Month. To celebrate our student heroes (H.E.R.O - Here Everyday Ready On Time), Mrs. Curtis will receive a pie in the face from every student in the class who has the best attendance! Make sure you attend school every day, but especially in September! We want you to be the student with the plate of shaving cream!

Sometimes a reminder of how important we are to others as well as to ourselves is needed! With the craziness of life, it's easy to lose focus on the things that truly matter. September 18-22 we will do just that - reflect on how important you are and how much YOU MATTER. We will celebrate with dress-up days and other fun activities - more information coming soon!

Bring your clothing, shoes, toys, books and household items to school and drop them off! The items collected will be used in the CIS shoe, clothes and coat closet, and the rest of items will be donated to Communities in Schools Thrift Shop for families in our community!
