FAQs for Start-up of School
NO Cell Phones Policy
As part of our dual obligation to educate students and ensure their safety when at school, Vista Unified has updated its cell phone policies for the 2024-25 school year. Elementary and middle school students will be prohibited from using personal electronic devices, such as cell phones and smart watches, while on school campus. Students in grades TK-8th grade will be required to turn off all personal devices and store them away in their backpacks while on campus.
Communications
It is crucial that your contacts are correct so that you can stay informed. We are also continuing to post information on our website, on our Facebook Group "Roosevelt Wildcats Parent Group," and through Remind calls, emails, and text messages. Check out the informative video that our counselor Cory Way created to help you troubleshoot and understand why your email might not be connected correctly.
