A Message from Mrs. Lechner
Hello WFS Family,
Each new year brings new opportunities. It's a reminder to embrace every moment with gratitude, positivity, and love. The new year offers a chance for personal growth, meaningful connections, and creating lasting memories. By focusing on what truly matters—relationships, kindness, and living fully—each year can be filled with joy and purpose. Wishing you a wonderful, fulfilling year ahead, where you continue to cherish the present and spread love and kindness!
"Today is the first blank page of a 365-page book. Write a good one." ~ Brad Paisley
I want to take a moment to thank the staff, students and families for making the West Freehold School community a truly special one. I am grateful and proud to serve as your principal. I wish you all a Happy and Healthy New Year, and am excited for what 2025 has in store for our amazing school!
Warm regards,
Mrs. Lechner
Bond Referendum: Tuesday, March 11, 2025
Freehold Township School District’s Board of Education voted to proceed with a bond referendum, with the vote planned for Tuesday, March 11, 2025. The proposal includes improvements that would increase safety and security and bring much-needed building updates to every school. A voter-approved bond referendum is the only way to capture state aid for these necessary improvements.
A dedicated referendum website is one of the opportunities the district will take to inform every member of the community about the importance of this vote.
