Fall Conference Week October 22nd - October 24th
We’re excited to welcome you to our upcoming parent-teacher conferences! Your participation is vital to your child’s success. Conferences provide a great opportunity to connect with the school, celebrate your child’s achievements, and work together to address any challenges they may be facing.
During your visit, please take a moment to stop by the commons to meet the school admin team. We would love to get to know you better and hear your thoughts on how we can continue to support your child.
Also, don’t forget to complete our quick survey while you’re here–your feedback helps us improve. FALL PARENT FEEDBACK
We look forward to seeing you at conferences and working together for your child’s success.
Cell Phone Policy Reminder
We are reinforcing our school’s cell phone policy to ensure a focused learning environment. If students are caught with a cell phone or earbuds during school hours, the items will be confiscated and turned into the office lock box. Students can pick them up at the end of the day.
Note that repeated violations may result in an after-school reflection session, where students will learn more about the importance of maintaining a cell phone-free learning space to better help them understand why this policy is implemented.
Please contact the office to schedule a meeting with school administration if you would like to discuss this policy further.
Thank you for your support in helping us keep our classrooms distraction-free.
October: Bully Awareness Month
At the BAY, we are deeply committed to maintaining a safe and peaceful environment for all students. It’s important that every student feels respected and supported at school. We take bullying, including physical altercations, very seriously. Any student engaging in physical aggression will face immediate consequences to ensure the safety of all.
We ask for your support in discussing the importance of respect and kindness with your students at home. Together, we can keep our school a place where all students feel safe and valued.
Thank you for your partnership in fostering a positive and peaceful school environment.
