Middle School Pep Rally
On Wednesday, October 30th, the middle school held their first Panther Pep Rally of the school year! Some of the highlights included recognizing the Students of the Month for both September and October, announcing the PE Golden Sneaker Award winner, and celebrating the National Rush Select Soccer Team. In addition, students by grade level played "Don't Forget the Lyrics" throughout the rally. Thank you to our middle school staff for organizing this event to celebrate our students and their achievements!
Internship Graduation
This morning Abigail Wadlinger and Elizabeth Wilson graduated from the Penn State Holy Spirit Health Care Careers Internship Program. This is a very competitive program and gives students structured learning in the classroom with opportunities to explore a variety of health care careers in a work-based environment. Students work with health care professionals at Holy Spirit Hospital and participate in department observations, seminars, one-to-one mentor interaction, and limited hands-on experiences. The students have the privilege of participating in 38 different rotations throughout the program and had a wonderful and authentic experience. Congratulations to Abigail and Elizabeth on this wonderful accomplishment!

CTC Career Exploration Nights
Last Wednesday, the 8th grade class visited the Cumberland Perry Area Career & Technical Center. Each group of students saw eight total programs. The overall student response to the field trip was very positive. If your student is interested in any particular programs, they are encouraged to attend the CTC's Career Exploration Nights next week. East Pennsboro students are able to apply to the CTC in 9th grade to potentially start in 10th grade.
