NBHS Daily Announcements

The lunch line is for those that are getting lunch or buying additional items. Please help avoid crowding in the lines by going straight to a lunch table and bypassing the line if you are not getting something.

Homecoming pictures are available in the HS office. You may stop by during your lunch break, before school, or after school. Do not come during a class hour.

The NBHS Yearbook is collecting senior pictures. See the flyers posted around the school, or email Mr. Aldrich if you have questions.

Senior Class Shirts are now available at The Ink Hive. Check your email or google classroom for the link. Sales run through Friday, November 15th.

Next Tuesday October 22nd, our NB Bronco Volleyball team will be playing Imlay City. Both of these teams are undefeated in the league. We would love to have a big crowd to cheer our girls on to victory. There will be a spirit bus that will leave at 5:00. The cost to ride will be $5. Sign up is in the main office with Mrs. Naracon. You will need an additional $5 to buy a ticket to get in at the door.

The NBHS student council would like you to join us for a "Pink Out" day in recognition of Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Please wear your Pink on Wednesday, October 23rd in honor of those currently fighting and those who have fought this battle.

The student council is also doing a (grade level) class competition "Which grade can donate the most money?" which will be donated to Breast Cancer Awareness. The money will be collected during all lunches, starting Monday, October 14 through October 23. Please bring your change (or even dollar bills) to help your class win. The class that collects the most money will win a treat at lunch the last week of October.

NBHS will be Co-hosting a College Fair on October 23rd at the Lapeer High School 6:00 - 8:00 pm. See Mrs. LaBarge for more information

Those interested in joining the bowling team, please sign up at Mrs. Naracon’s desk in the main office. There will be a meeting on October 28 at 2:00 pm and practices will begin November 18th.

Any student planning on being a play technician for the upcoming play who are interested in attending the field trip to SVSU on Friday, October 18th stop and see Ms. Studer for a permission slip? The slip and $10 must be returned to Ms. Studer by today in order to attend the field trip.

There will be a meeting right after school TODAY (Wednesday, October 16th) in Mrs. Welling's Room.
