Teams of work are based at Eseune Business School living LAB for multicultural projects.
On the 24th September Eseune is having the kickoff meetings for selecting projects, creating teams of work and setting the main milestones to be achieved within the following months.
Living LAB is an environment for multicultural transnational projects between Western & Eastern SMEs and Professionals.
Our living LAB network is found across different countries and cultures both from the West and the East and are engaged on the process of adapting products, services, strategies and business models from the West to the East and the other way round.
A real world context located in China and Europe, with spreads its network to other western and eastern countries, where we invite western and eastern users to actively cooperate in the adaptation of products and services from the west to the east and the other way round. In doing so, innovation is driven and the time to get into new markets is shortened.
We support the process for all involved stakeholders, from manufacturers to end users with special attention to SMEs. A suitable environment to promote collaboration between westerns and eastern partners and a very practical approach towards a specific project.
We have a physical place, and an organization to support the process for different projects where people co creates, research and collaborate to implement the idea into the market.
Our main stakeholders are Public agencies, SMEs, final users, and researchers from western and eastern countries willing to exchange and co-work.

People and SMEs from the west and the east co creating in order to create further value. Public agencies, companies, academia, etc.. meet together in the process.
In order to be able to cooperate and share in a multi stakeholder milieu difference levels of openness between stakeholders are assured by the creation of 4 different arenas under the umbrella of the living LAB. These are what we call Linking Knowledge, Linking Talent, Linking projects, & Linking Research.
REALISM
All projects are carried out in a realistic, natural, real life setting.
