Book Donation
Mary Abuan and Kathi Treston, Co-Presidents of A∆K, visited Little Canada to donate a book to our school library.
This is some information about their yearly tradition:
Donating Books: A Yearly Tradition Approximately, 32 years ago, during the month of October, Alpha Alpha chapter launched an altruistic project of purchasing and donating new library books to 10 different schools in the Roseville Area School District, including 8 elementary, 1 middle and 1 high school. This altruistic project originated with our Alpha Alpha Omega sister, Maureen Austinson, who selected the books on behalf of our chapter to present to all 10 school libraries each year. She was supported by her Alpha Alpha sisters who helped deliver the books to the various schools.
Thank you for the donation!

“PEP Talks” (Parent Education Program) are held in Shoreview, MN, at Presbyterian Church of the Way. Designed to be a “sequel” to ECFE, we invite talented speakers from our community to discuss a wide range of parenting topics. Presentations are non-religious in nature and open to all.
