Dear Columbiaville Elementary Families,

Happy December!

As we welcome December, our hearts are filled with mixed emotions. The holiday season is often a time of joy and togetherness, but this year, we carry a heavy sadness in our hearts. Last week, we lost a beloved member of our school family, Amanda Rodriguez. Amanda touched so many lives with her kindness, dedication, and joyful spirit. We ask that you please keep Amanda’s family in your thoughts and prayers during this incredibly difficult time.

Even as we grieve, we also look ahead to this busy month with hope and gratitude. December is full of special events and important dates for our school community:

Dec. 9th-13th: Santa's Workshop
Dec. 9th: Kindergarten Holiday Musical (6:00 pm)
Dec. 10th: 2nd Grade Holiday Musical (6:00 pm)
Dec. 11th: 3rd Grade Holiday Musical (6:00 pm)
Dec. 21-Jan 6th: NO SCHOOL (Holiday Break)

We encourage you to check your calendars and stay connected through our school communications to ensure you don’t miss out on the fun and meaningful activities happening this month. As always, we are so thankful for the incredible support you provide at home. Together, we create a strong, caring community where our students can thrive, even through challenging times.
