Our school's Spelling Bee happened this past week and we have a winner. Celine Chan from Mrs. Fry's 5th grade class won the Bee! She will next go to Ansel Adams to represent our school at the Stockton Spelling Bee in November. A big shout out to all the students who were willing to try and be a part of the competition.

We are going to have a Spirit Week next week. Attached is the dress up days. Students always like to come to school dressed up. Just something fun for the week of Halloween.

John Muir is a voting place on Nov. 5. We have it set up so that voters do not come all the way on campus. They will not be near our students. They will enter at the cafeteria and vote in our conference room. They don't come near the classrooms. I wanted you to know

Please follow basic rules to keep our students safe. We have too many parents making u turns in the middle of the lane and parking where it is marked to not park. Our busses need to have room to drive through the parking area to pick up students.
