USBE offers a monthly webinar series for secondary ELA teachers to learn best practices for supporting students’ reading, writing, speaking, listening, and thinking through evidence-based instructional practices and implementation of the new Utah ELA standards. On Thursday, March 7th, the District is hosting its annual Elementary Choral Festival. Each elementary school choir has prepared one piece of music to share with the other elementary school choir students in the district. They will perform for one another and also sing one a piece together, six hundred students strong. Tune in on the District’s special YouTube livestream to enjoy the hard efforts of students from all across the district. Instructure has once again partnered with the Utah Jazz to honor Utah’s educators as part of our annual MVE program.
