Costume Dress up Days 10/27 & 10/31

Friday, 10/27 - Students are able to wear a costume to participate in our spirit day

Tuesday, 10/31 - Students are able to wear a costume for Halloween

Costume guidelines: no masks, weapons, or scary things such as blood

* Costumes on these days are optional

Red Ribbon Week 10/25 - 10/27

Red Ribbon Week Continues

Thursday 10/26 - "Peace Out to Drugs!" - Wear Peace signs and/or tye-dye!"

Friday 10/27 - "Say Boo to Drugs!" - Dress up in your favorite costume! (No Masks or Weapons)

PTA's Monster Mash 10/27

Join us Friday, October 27 from 7pm-9pm for our Monster Mash! Tickets are $5 each for students and adults, cash only. Pre-Sale Ticket forms are available in the office.

Also please be aware that even as volunteers, a ticket purchase is required for entry.

Important Information:

Cash only event
Tacon' Todo food truck will be selling food (15% of all sales will be donated to Rio Vista)
Snacks and glow items will be on sale
Students will not be allowed to enter without an adult. Students and adults must purchase a ticket to enter.
This event is for Rio Vista students only with the exception of younger siblings that are attending with their family. If older siblings would like to attend, we would love to have them as volunteers. To sign up as a volunteer CLICK HERE!
Volunteers must also purchase a ticket.

Important Ticket Information:

Tickets will be distributed to students on the day of Monster Mash: Friday, October 27th.
Please ensure you have the correct exact amount in cash enclosed with ticket form as no change will be given.
Scary costumes and weapons are strictly prohibited at the Monster Mash.

Trunk or Treat 10/30

Monday 10/30 from 5pm-6:30pm

Join us for some Trunk or Treat fun in the Rio Vista Parking lot!

*Costumes are optional for this event!*

We need more volunteers, you can participate by decorating your car CLICK HERE TO SIGN UP!

We will supply the candy!!

October Attendance Challenge

Join in on the fun as we challenge every student to come to school every day during the month of October. When a student attends school each day (or partial days) for the whole month, their name will be added to a drawing to win a SCOOTER!
