Thankful for this Community of Scholars
November brings the Thanksgiving holiday, a time for us to reflect and give thanks for all that is meaningful in our lives. I am deeply thankful for the vibrant intellectual engagement of our graduate students. Your contributions play a large part in the rise of Villanova's national reputation, and the University is enriched by your diverse experiences and perspectives.
I hope that Villanova continues to be a welcoming and intellectually challenging community for you – a place where you will be pushed to take risks and a place where you will find the support of caring mentors and colleagues along the way. That is the Villanova I know, and I am thankful to be a part of it.
Thank you for believing in our mission of creating this unique community of collaborative and compassionate scholars.
- Christine Palus, PhD, Dean of Graduate Studies, College of Liberal Arts and Sciences
