Dr. Timothy Galbraith of MU Healthcare will be here on Thursday,

May 16th to perfom Sports Physicals for our 4th-12th Graders.

The link to the sports physical is below. Please be sure to complete

page 1 and 2 in advance, if at all possible. The cost of the physical is $20,

paid by check or cash. All checks should be made payable to Dr. Galbraith.

Below you will find information for some of our summer sports camps. All campers must pre-register for their desired camp by completing the appropriate Google Form attached below.

Pre-registration ensures your camper will receive a camp tshirt (if provided).

Please encourage your student to check out the lost and found

items as we approach the end of the year.
