Kindergarten Registration
Will your child be 5 on or before Sept. 1, 2025? If so, you can pre-register them for Kindergarten now. Once you have filled out the preregistration form, you will receive information regarding our in-person Kindergarten Registration which will be held on March 25, 2025 by appointment only.
Elementary Career Day is Coming! April 8th, 2025, at MCME
Calling all our parents and friends!
An incredible opportunity awaits you for career week, when you become a College and Career Day speaker, you have the opportunity to share your career with our students. Our counselor is recruiting volunteers for this schoolwide program. Before you volunteer, look at some important information to consider:
Speaking points:
- What interests and talents did you discover that led you to choose your career o What are your responsibilities?
- How do you spend most of your time and what are your hours?
- What types of skills or qualities are required to be successful in your job?
- What is the job outlook?
- What is the salary range for your type of career?
- Describe what education you needed after high school, how long it took, where you went and how you paid for it.
- Describe how the subject’s students are taking now (Math, English, Science, Social Science & Physical Education) will link to future careers.
- Which study skills or work habits do you think students should pay extra attention to?
- Does your position require on-the-job training or continuing education?
- Would you recommend any volunteer opportunities that may help students get involved in their career early on?
- What aspects of your career do you find most rewarding? Share a good story or memory with the students.
- What difficulties do you face on your job? o What hobbies or interests do you have that may relate to your work?
