TIGER TIMES

An incredible week at Titus Elementary!
(Be sure to check out all the pictures throughout this week's Tiger Times.)
Field Day Fun: Our Field Day on Wednesday was an absolute hit! From relay races to tug-of-war, our students showcased their athleticism and teamwork.
Inspiring Assembly: Our Paws for PRIDE assembly yesterday was both inspiring and educational. We focused on our Titus character trait of EMPATHY and the importance of kindness. It was wonderful to see our school community come together, and we celebrated many Titus Tigers who one this month's "raffle".
Focused Learning: Amidst the excitement of Field Day and the Assembly, our students remained focused on their learning goals. I am incredibly proud of their dedication and hard work in the classroom.
Memorial Day Weekend: As we look forward to the long weekend ahead, let us take a moment to honor and remember the brave men and women who have made the ultimate sacrifice for our country. In observance of Memorial Day, Titus Elementary School will be closed on Monday, May 27th. Looking forward to welcoming our Tigers back on Tuesday, May 28th.
I hope you enjoy this time with family and friends and take a moment to reflect on the true meaning of this important holiday.
Thank you for your continued support and involvement in our great school! I am always truly grateful for your partnership in your child's education.
Wishing you a safe and enjoyable Memorial Day weekend!

CBSD VOLUNTEER INFORMATION
DON'T FORGET CLEARANCES ...
Titus will expect all potential volunteers to complete their paperwork for clearances prior to assuming any volunteer/chaperone role within the school. This will ensure we are in line with district and state expectations.
Who Needs Clearances: An individual who is responsible for the child's welfare or has direct contact with children. Pennsylvania law requires all persons having direct contact with school children to obtain background checks and clearances. In the best interest of the safety and security of our students, Central Bucks School District required the submission of these clearances prior to volunteering during the school year. Approved volunteers are given an identification card to be presented at the school (along with your photo ID, such as a driver's license) when volunteering. Please allow 7-10 days after you have submitted your online application for receipt of the ID card.
Additional information and steps on how to complete your clearances can be found on our district website by clicking here.
