Hello team Bridgetown,
This past week we have been learning about parts of a map and how to gain meaning from looking at a map. Your child should also be able to describe objects in relation to each other using the cardinal directions. They can identify parts of a map such as a scale, a compass rose, and a key to make their own interpretations of what a map describes. This introductory unit will wrap up next week, along with the return of the man, the myth, the legend, Mr. Martini starting with the field trip!
