ACCESS Spring 2023

Whereas our Sunday worship service is the base for our spiritual growth, DG serves as a place for us to share and think through life and discipleship together. DG is a place where we get to talk through difficult topics on all levels and care and share with each other.

ACCESS, then, is our place to primarily learn, plan, and create. Think of ACCESS as a place for our CBC Youth members where they get to do the work that needs to be done for the youth group. While we’re going to plan events with other youth groups, ACCESS is going to be designed for the members of the youth group to do what needs to be done for the weekend and the month. So if you’re thinking of when to invite your friends to “see what Church community is like,” we would recommend that you invite them to DG’s on Sunday so they can experience Christian community at work. They are more than welcome to come to ACCESS, but it may be a bit strange for them to jump right in. On the other hand, if you’re a member of the youth group, ACCESS is where you need to be in order to supplement your growth.
