With the freezing temperatures and cold walks in the snow, remind your student that Huey’s Home Goods offers coats, boots, gloves and hats for them. Also, if your student or your family needs food or resources, we offer easy to heat foods, soups, toiletries, and household items Your student can Scan Huey’s Home Goods QR codes around the building to put their order in. Pick up is Wednesday's after school.
BOLLMAN IS HOSTING A CYBERSLAM
This one day event will provide students the opportunity to learn more about cybersecurity and the careers in cybersecurity. Students will participate in interactive cybersecurity activities, meet with representatives from Colorado CAE designated post-secondary institutions, hear from a panel of industry professionals and learn about how they can become involved in the pathway while in high school through both classes at Bollman, co-curricular activities, and internship opportunities. A real Enigma machine from World War II will be on display.

Our next Building Healthy Communities event is on February 21st from 5:30-7:30 PM at the Educational Support Center (1500 E. 128th Ave). In partnership with Ralston House, we will host a free course on understanding and protecting children from sexual abuse. Quality education empowers all people to make a positive difference in the life of someone they know. Come and learn about ways to equip yourself with skills to protect your child from predatory behaviors. This presentation is designed for adults and the material is not suitable for children. Childcare for children that are potty trained and are 3 years or older will be provided. You can learn more about the event and register here.
