Several of our Music Technology enrichment students submitted music for the Inaugural School of Beats Competition sponsored by the Music Educators Group and the VH1 Save The Music Foundation. 7th grader Emanuel O. was selected as one of the finalists in the Instrumental Music Category! The evaluation panel received 125 submissions from students in grades 6-12 from across the state. 26 were selected as finalists and invited to the Grand Finale that is being held in the historic Believe Music Hallin Atlanta on Thursday, May 8th, at 6:00 PM.
