Assessments aren’t just tests—they’re tools to highlight your strengths and help us support your learning journey! 🚀 At our school, students participate in two key assessments:

• ✅ Star Assessments (formerly Star 360) – Our in-house tool to track progress and guide instruction.
• ✅ State Testing (CAASPP) – A statewide assessment that helps measure learning growth.

By taking part in these assessments, students gain valuable insight into their skills while helping us create the best learning experience possible! 📚✨

If you are testing remotely, (most students will be!) mark your calendars for April 28 - May 9th. Your teacher will provide more specific information about Session blocks as we get closer. If your student is testing in person, an appointment will be made by your proctor between April 22nd - May 30th.

Over the next several weeks, your IST will be working closely with your student to gear up for the Math and ELA CAASPP Performance Tests! Through focused review sessions and engaging practice activities, we’ll reinforce key concepts to ensure they feel confident and ready to shine on test day. With the right preparation and support, your child will be set up for success—together we make this a positive and rewarding experience!
